all reviews » The high quality stuff of materials specially in the confort side, where they do care of every single thing. By all mean, it was a great hotel and I would come to it again. The best part of my stay, was the excellent service provided by the very efficient hotel staff.The Restaurant.Food was excellent as was the service.Staff were superb. My room was next to a storage or housekeeping room so during the night I was woken by banging or staff moving objects etc. Hotel have not provided pick and drop facility from Airport free of charge.. One thing I was not satisfied with is that when we reserved for club room we went to the hotel and they upgrade us to suit junior, because club rooms were not available, however we have not been informed about that and only before we left we discovered that we were upgraded, so we did not take advantage of the upgrade. The receptionist only apologized. internet prices. The buffet restraunt. The location. The parking of hotel very bad. impressive lobby,not matched with the rooms which are rather old.the smell of the hotel , from the buffet maybe!!!!. the parking of hotel very bad. 1- Furniture. 2- A/C. It was better if the hotel located by the greek to have a good view. The Location. hotel pool was closed for 3 days and refurbishment work was being carried out with banging and hammering from 7.30 am every morning until 6pm in the evening , was dissapointed i wasnt told of this as i would have chosen different hotel.The staff in the reception had an attitude problem among themselves and with the guests. Poor handling of guest on check in and check out. The bed was not comfortable at all. I would not give it more than 3 stars. the breakfast, and the otmosfare. the place for hotel very far .. not clean the room .. the sound for disco every where in hotel there is more than three disco you cant sleep the food in break fast very bad.
