The Thai style spa treatments - excellent service, excellent value. Valet parking - saves city centre parking nightmare. Buffet breakfast - a limited selection, but truly something to suit everyone. Comfortable room, easy touchscreen lighting and temp. controls. The purpose of our stay was to dine in one of the restaurants, so it was great as an overnighter. Staff were friendly, helpful and obliging.

Lovely hotel, staff were wonderfully friendly at all times. Room was very modern, nice and comfortable. Dubai Metro is a stone's throw away. Lots of small restaurants around, a good shop just across the road and a mall practically next door. Staff were friendly and professional, hotel was clean and of a very high quality. Restaurants were modern and chic. The price was very affordable and in a decent location. All in all an excellent hotel. I will be happy to stay there again!. Great hotel spotlessly clean, spacious, good services staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of food and interesting entertainment in house. Will definately re visit. Short stay so not able to use all facilities. Very clean and well designed rooms, Thai style spa treatments was really good, the room had a unique master control for lights and a/c, staffs were friendly, and they had a choice of resturants to choose from. If you wish to eat Korean or Japanese food this is the place you should go, also the hotel interior was really nice, friendly staff, and the Spa was really good, close to the metro stations and shopping malls. I love to stay there the staff are very hospitable,friendly and they are all so kind,most of all the reception there great I can make jokes to them hahaha,that's what I like most,,,. The design of the hotel is hip and appealing. The bed and room are spacious and comfortable, made it a relaxing stay. It is close to public transport and malls and the airport. This hotel is the best, I've stayed in many 5 star but this beats all, I could not belive the excellent service , clean , good location near metro and shops. Very confortable room. Excellent internet connection. Offer of in-house restaurants interesting. The Ambiance and location. Staff are helpful...but the hotel I feel is not suitable for family as it has clubs in it. One thing really make me feel frustrated from the receptionist team that while on doing my check inn and it was for 3 nights they ask me what time approximately I will check out ! I answer politely that I will by 11am, and on the same date for my propose check out the keep calling me from early morning for my check out!! I think those kind of behaviors shouldn’t done in such 5 star hotel.. My toddler son loved the fancy control panel for the lights and a.c., just in his reach. Better place for Solo/business/older kids. Windows could be sound-proofed better. The breakfast choices were biased to Asian tastes. There were no eggs!!. Nothing not to like. I thing,coz at that night I'm having a bad fever so I ask maybe they have emergency box or medicine.unfurtunately they dnt have and there's no 24 hour pharmacy around the hotel,,so I was upset .try to have medicine kit .thanks . Breakfast is Asian , which is nice but little choice for people not use to the cuisine. None. No complaints about the hotel, only about soul-less Dubai perhaps. expensive laundry service rooms are slightly dim more than needed no water hose beside toilet. toilet wash sink was very small. The Dubai Airport is still noisy, even though they did accomodate me by giving me one of the quietest rooms. The facility like the pool is not temperature controlled, and they close early. Cleanliness is an issue. It seems that cleaners only clean the floors which are exposed because in our friend's room, when they moved the bed, they found a used condom underneath. Nothing. A little bit of a distance from the city life!. I couldnt find anything i didnt like. The breakfast could be a lot better & more continental. Small Pool. Rooms lighting...too low. Nothing. The room was small and two separate beds. the location and the surroundings, especially view from the room. Breakfast is tailored mainly to Korean-style food. Would prefer a more cosmopolitain food style at breakfast. Arabic usage is not reasonable in facilities in Arabic country!. Pool area is small. Breakfast is lousy. Iam aware the hotel is targeting Asian people mainly, but also non Asians are there, so there must be varieties in foods and restaurants, at least international cuisine must be there. Some noises from planes. small and unheated swimming pool. Wifi was disconnecting,could'nt skype my family. In room breakfast was v.poor for a 5* hotel. I checked-in Late about 9:30pm, but my request for Late check-out beyound their regular upto 2pm extension was NOT honored, all though the Reservation lady said we will try if rooms are availble. I checked their were lots of rooms avaible. I know this is standard rules in all hotels but still requested it. No Issues!. The location. Charges for in house guest for the SPA. Planes noises …. Location, price.wifi is slow.
