Always a pleasant greeting from all staff. Laundry and room service punctual. Dining in the Terrace Restaurant very enjoyable. Staff is always excellent and helpful. Room service was excellent as well.Staff were so pleasant and really could not do enough for you. I liked the staffs services and restaurant food. Also the disco was supper!. Close to the airport and easy to get to via cab.

In general: Value for money... . just downtown of 'real' Dubai. It's a nice hotel in close proximity to Dubai Airport, which made getting in and out convenient. Sheraton Deira Hotel staffs were want to add 20% on the total amount of booking throw the booking.com , but did not. way they are doing this!!!. internet service was to expensive. The room was not ready, I have to wait more than 30 min. to check in.Useless internet (couldn't get enough bandwidth to download emails) totally overpriced (AED90 per 24 hours) Location - 15 mins taxi far from city centre. . It was a big surprise for me that the hotel requires an original passport for every visitor who comes to your room which is extremely inconvient and irritating. I guess a 5 star hotel should be more flexible with this as there is no logic behind that!. Poor communication with the staff. poor English. the terrace resturant is not good enough. No taxi. The neighborhood it is in is less than desirable.I don't like for charging AED 90 a night for internet. It is not fair!. The TV Guide channel in the hotel is very Boring, because there was no entertainment channel in hotel (for example MBC Group). Hotel is under renovation, very noisy. So noises and we couldn't sleep of that. The "outdoor pool" which is the reason I picked the hotel is actually a "rooftop pool", something I specifically did not want. The hotel is also directly at the end of the runway and the noise from the aircraft is unbelievably loud. This continues all through the night as well.
