Only stayed for the night, but the room was excellent,very nice. Staff was very professional and helpful.I was happy and would definitly stay again, my only negative point isthe noise as I was hearing the cars in the street and couldnt sleepwell, but the hotel is excellent.

Very close to the airport, free shuttle bus, breakfast included,excellent for just an overnight stop,. Close to the airport. Good for airport access. Good, if expensive, Italian restaurant in the hotel.The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We got early check in at 9am. Location is very close to airport. Close to the airport. It was near the airport! Also Biggles, the pub, is very good, and the italian restaurant was good.Noise of the street.Pool is gone. Construction going on at the moment.There were no tea or coffee making facilities which we found verystrange, the staff could have been friendlyier, they did not seem tolike to smile,. very smoky in the carvery restaurant. A 'non-place' atmosphere. Decor now rather tired.The bed was way too hard, uncomfortabel. We made arrangements through the concierge for transporation to Abu Dhabi and the driver would wait there for us. While there the driver said he got a call that he had to leave and we were forced to find alternate transportation back to Dubai.Noisy ( because it is close to the AIrport!). the breakfast had a very poor selection for a hotel of its price, and for the charge for it - selection of cereals, breads and yoghurts very limited. Other UAE hotels of that price do wonderful breakfast spreads.Also the bed wasn't terribly comfortable. Decent but in my view bad value.dark and noisy room, inadequate power outlets (none in bathroom, British sockets only elsewhere).
