everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Breakfast a la carte was excelent. Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room at 04.00 am for free. also free airport transport.

Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.I have to say that I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I always enjoy my stay,it is a gem of a hotel.We stay as royal club guests and I have to say the service is excellent.My only critique is that some of the rooms especially the bathrooms need to be updated in terms of decor.The staff are very friendly and are more than accomodating in looking after their guests. The reception at the front desk was exceptional and I felt well takencare of. I stayed in the executive room and it was wonderful. The bedlinens were superb and I felt like I was sleeping on pillows. All of thepeople that I came in contact with such as room service, housekeeping,and bell boys were the very best. The 15 restaurants in the hotel gaveme plenty to choose from.The whole experience was fantastic, the staff are especially friendly and helpful. Very nearly missed staying here, but location was perfect as we flew in at midnight and left very early in the morning, being close to the airport. Royal Club. me and my wife chose le meridian for our honeymoon. we chose the royal club room, which gives access to a great lounge where we had complementary tea and sandwiches in the afternoon. it also gives free drinks from 7.30 to 12.30 each evening. an exellent idea. The ataff were very obliging including allowing us an upgrade for the room and early entry into the room well before normal check-in time. I told the hotel that they need to update what they offer with each room, as the complimentary wine and the in-room internet is supposedly no longer included, but yet it continues to be listed for the Royal guests. I got these things since it was listed and i spoke up. there are three nice swimming pools but limited sun loungers which was a little frustrating.access to hotel cos of construction but guess this will be resolved once over!. Very Busy Breakfast Room. Nothing, but the guest manner. The pool opens from 9am. Some of guests put their book on the chair to keep the best position of pool side at 9am and left. But they didn't come back for hours. So, people who came late, couldn't use pool side chair even though there were some empty chairs available. Recommend clock in each room with led display.Insufficient deck chairs at the main pool.
