The staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms ere comfortable and the pool area (in the residences area) was nice too. The ice rink in the shopping mall was a nice touch!

I liked the friendliness of the staff especially Mr Afzaal who was exceptionally warm and helpful!

The rates are rather too high. The fact that I couldnt get a late checkout till 1am to catch a 3am flight was must frustrating and annoying.

Very friendly staff, and a good central location

Like most chain hotels, not much personality, but for business or over-night it is OK. They still charges for Wi-Fi connection, in my book a no-no.

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside. Pool area was great, revolving restaurant with buffet was great except some of the view is obstructed. All in all a great hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was great, views were fantastic. Service was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. we upgraded to Regency Club and it was well worth it as we stayed 2 days so had good value from it. Had a meal in the revolving restaurant which was great. We would book again.

I liked everything, from the time I arrived until I left, great staff in the hotel,the restaurants and the retail duty free shops in the hotel complex. Unfortunately I did not stay long enough to try all the restaurants but I will be back! hopefully with a few friends. The location is excellent - only a few steps to the Metro station. The staff are amazing - they couldn't do enough for us - every single one of them made us feel so welcome. The views from the rooms are completely awe inspiring ... the windows are low enough so that when you wake, you have the most awesome view of the Dubai skyline. Amazing hotel!

Had a wonderful stay and was very good value for a 5 star hotel. Hotel staff were very courteous and provided excellent service. Room was very clean and tidy. The rooftop restaurant was amazing and served open buffet with a wide variety of choices. Prices were average and was given 20 % discount which was good enough.

Staff could not have been more polite - nothing was too much trouble for them. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was amazingly clean. All food sampled was of the highest quality. We recommend the revolving restaurant - excellent! Try and get the deal which gives access to the Club Lounge on the 18th floor as then breakfast is included as well and tea and coffee all day and happy hour with supper and free drinks from 6 til 8pm.

The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. We were offered free breakfast (which was not included in our booking and regretted that we didn't because the foods were superb). We had been to a lot of other luxury hotels in Dubai but we never felt so pampered. We will definitely stay in this hotel again and in any other Hyatt Hotels in other countries (if the location suits our schedule).

One of the mornings we woke up with a loud banging from the floor above us. We called the front office and they informed us that there is an ongoing work. They immediately have us transferred to the higher floor which is as well very nice.
