It was an amazing property with some of the most state of the art facilities adding to the comfort and luxury to the stay. The grand Hyatt has paid attention to the finer details of hospitality that very few other hotels provide in there class. From the time you check in to the point you check out, you and your services are there priority. We had a wonderful 7 nights. Long enough time to know how dedicated and sincere each and every single person at the hyatt was in providing the best they can.
all reviews » Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous. The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby. The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides. One more thing, after they do. This is by far the best ever Hotel experience we have had. The Staff could not do any more for us. A young man called Augustin went out of his way to help us, as my Wife had undergone a procedure at the Dubai Healthcare city nearby. We had to change things a few times with no trouble whatsoever. Everything was immaculate, the staff all seemed to be happy at thier work and took great pleasure in making our stay as comfortable as they possibly could. I will have no hesitation to stay in this Hote. We chose this hotel as it was close to City Hospital as I was having treatment, the staff were always attentive and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble? They even provided a wheelchair, the hotel is well equipped for wheel chair users, no area was inaccessible. The hotel has all amenities and numerous restaurants therefore you don't have to leave hotel. There is a Metro station In walking distance and taxi's always available ( no elevated taxi fare from hotel ). Amazing 5 star hotel. We both had a great time spending time at the hotel and all its facilities, the staff were exceptionally helpful and the hotel inside and out was as its name says "Grand" in nature. Our room had a great view of the burj kalifa on a non hazy day. We had a late night one night had ordered room service at a very late hour and the food was amazing and decent priced. Wound definitely return to this hotel. Very clean and all Of the staff very polite. Excellent choice of many restaurants to choose from. Very large grounds outside. Very close to the sirport and only about 20 minutes from Dubai Mall. All in all excellent value for money and the rooms are really spacious . Have stayed here many times in the past and will stay again in the future Inshallah. it was quite and relaxing stay in such a busy city as Dubai. The walls were thick enough that we didn't hear anything from the next room. We loved that the bathroom had shower, bathtub, and two sinks. Plus, all bath amenities were available at the room. It is a family friendly hotel. Fabulous Hotel, great staff, very helpful and friendly. Service excellent. Our flight arrived early prior to normal check in time and they found a room for us to check in straight away and also gave us a late check out the following day. Couldn't have asked for more. Hyatt hotel is situated in one of the convenient and beautiful location. The hotel is very clean with European standards. The Staffs were extremely helpful and professional. I have been staying in this Hotel for the last ten years it is one of the most comfortable Hotels, But recently the prices have gone up by nearly 200% This I think will shift its regular customers away they should keep reasonable price. The hotel interior, specially the food court under the lobby area. Well designed and furnished hotel. The location is fab, you can see Dubai downtown skyline with burj Khalifa standing out as the tallest building in the world... I liked the location near most commercial hub in Dubai, the staff were helpful, the set restaurentes match deferent choices, the pool area very social, and the gardens, the gym and other facility were good. The deluxe family room was large & also provided a creek side view. Access to the club facilities were excellent & included airport transfers for a stress free visit. We will be back for sure!. Everything all was luxury staff couldn't do enough for you. I have traveled to many places and so many hotels around the world and the grand hyatt would be in my top 5 hotels to return to thank you. Everything was excelent specially cleaniness sometimes happened twice a day, the place is very beautifull and there is space for walking in nice nature and also very good kids club was there.. I liked the room and specially the bathroom. Staffs were friendly and courteous. The greenary was amazing and the pool and outside environment was good. Will recommend it strongly. We have stayed at this hotel many times and yet to find something we didn't like. Air conditioning very cold. Nothing. Nothing. Gets a bit crowded at the entrance loading and unloading area. Payed extra for over looking creek but disappointed as we over looked flat roof and and some where in the distance we think was creek. Also husband mother died so sadly we had to make a lot of phone calls which worked out very costly . The behaviour about money and invoice process I didnt like.. We put deposite in euro and 3 hours later after changing our money we asked to replace dubai currency instead of euro as they requested the first time, but they bahaved very rude and took 5٪ of our money really not fair !!!. Champagne prices a little high and only one choice served by glass, our door card stopped working at 1 pm on the day of checkout and we had to wait for someone to come and open door. Nothing. There was nothing that we didn't like. the location is ok. Expensive Pillows & bed not very comfortable for me I expected a better room service minu. nothing. No comment required - happy in every respect. When I check-in, there was no room slipper and tooth brush. Had to call the housekeeping twice for them to deliver the stuff to me. A taxi ride anywhere and miles from the beach. Bed was hard. That even though we have a corporate rate (British Embassy) this is the second or third time we booked through letsbookhotel.com. Better corporate rates. Minibar prices - outrageous. The odour of perfumes is too strong in the reception and hall way areas. Too much spraying. Generally too much air conditioning inside. I find the hotel expensive. The mini bar prices are extremely high. The shower in our room was of a poor design as we needed so many towels to mop up the flood from the shower into the rest of the bathroom. Nothing. Nothing. Pool could have been chilled more but this is only a minor detail also I normally get a courtesy car from the airport when staying in other club lounges.
