  With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between flights it was logical to book into this hotel. We requested they provide a guide to greet us as we got off our flight from Italy. Lucky we did, as the flight arrived at a completely different terminal, and involved a 15 minute transit via lifts, shuttle train and walking, it wou... what people say » ld have taken us ages to find our way. We stayed there also on the way over - they provide all toiletries, wake up call. And the best, most comfortabl - I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

  This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way. Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap. We have staye... what people say » d here a few times now and every room that we have had has been of very high quality - we only book a "standard" room but it really is quite luxurious - Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

  The rooms are just great. We were in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean towels and bed sheets on a daily basis. The receptionist Sajesh was just awesome - very professional, competent, polite and friendly. He definately made our stay better! So if the owner or the manager of the hotel reads this - Sajesh is a top employee and deseves a promoti... what people say » on or a bonus to his paycheck! :) The hotel is 5-10 min walk to the metro. Many supermarkets around. Avis rentacar office just behind the hotel. Deira - The location of the hotel,its proximity to restaurants ,shopping centres and main attractions of dubai,Easy access to all the areas with availability of taxis just in front of the appatment.I Took a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious for our family of five.It was clean regularly and all the staff was very friendly.As most of the time we were out during the day time so our interaction was with Mr Rajesh of the front desk who was very helpful and extremely courteous
