We stayed at the presidential suite, everything was at a high standard. Staff extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. Rooms spacious.The Hotel staff was very friendly. Very central location, neat and clean, value for money and good staff.The fact that the staff were always there on hand to help. Where parking was concerned there was always someone there to assist you in finding a place to park.

Relatively low price for a full apartment. Excellent Arabic snacks from room service. Most standard hotel facilities were available.at all good to v good. 3 bedrooms suite was huge with a nice view on the main street. i think it is a nice place to stay for family only. Large room. Housekeeping staff very prompt to respond to requests, and did their best to be helpful.Restaurant.. The swimming pool needs upgrading, also no taxi's available outsidehotel. Using hotel taxi costs alot.Washing machine was not working properly, technician couldnt repair it,a part of the hotel was burnt because of which there was no swimmingpool and sauna, but on your site under facilities it said sauna and poolis available. This is not a complaint but when we arrived i found the kettle did not work and the replacement one leaked. The other fault was the dvd that came with the room did not work either. So it would be advantageous if all electricial equipment was checked before the room is occupied, then there would be no necessary situations where you had to call an engineer in to fix the problem.The cold water in the shower was hot. The pool was not available due to repair and no information was displayed so no swim there. The items like kettle, toaster, iron was non usable as they were broken, the washer/dryer only washed but did not dry the clothes - these were minor and we are sure next time we book into this hotel things will improve.wanted a taxi booked but they used private tour taxi which turned out to be over double the price of the taxi we got from hotel to the airport. Certain things did not work--DVD player refused to play any of my varied collection (It wasn't a region issue.), in-room wifi was a bit tempermental. Front side of the hotel on Maktoom St., where the bedroom was located, was noisy. Staff was quite friendly but not always prompt.the rooms need more carbet it all cerameek. guests are not allowed. the hotel not accept our girl friends to visit us . Reception staff not so friendly and very vague in giving directions to nearby locations. Dryer in the room did not work and reception staff responded by saying that this was normal, or that most guests use their laundry service..A lot, the beds are uncomfortable, the staff is very slow and they don't response except if i called them more than 2 times, the place is very crowded and at the city center.

Our hotel consists of Executive suites, Deluxe suites & Presidential suites. Each suite is fully equipped with all kind of modern amenities & furnished to the highest standards. The apartments have their own balcony and each bedroom has an en suite bathroom equipped with phone, magnifying mirror, shaver socket, etc. Each room has its own television set, an electronic safe, IDD telephone and fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living area is as comfortable as your own home with large sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD, telephone, etc.

By public transport:
Take Bus 11 A, 11 C or 401. It's the 1st stop after the Clock Tower roundabout on Al Maktoum road. The bus stop is right in front of Khalidia Hotel Apartments.

By car:
Once exiting from the Dubai Airport premises, continue strait on the Airport road towards Deira. Keep driving strait at the interchanges, until you reach a round about (with a large clock tower at the center).
Continue strait on Al Maktour Road. When approaching a walkway (overhead pedestrian crossing) please take the service road which runs pararrel to Al Maktoum road. Khalidia Hotel Apartments is the 3rd building.
