Beautiful hotel, nice rooms with all the comforts. Staff are polite and helpful. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Room service dinner was very nice. Best buffet breakfast we have ever had and I have had a lot of buffet breakfasts in many hotels. Secluded location, yet near the city of Abu Dhabi. The buffets served, the staff and some how the relatively lower prices which, makes bring my family each tme we come to Abu Dhabi.
all reviews » The design was nice. The rooms are spacious and the checking in and out was done very fast. Although I arrived earlier than the check in time I still got a room quickly. Impressive architecture, luxurious rooms and beds, fantastic diversity and quality of food for breakfast and diner. Close to the airport, not far from the city. This hotel is perfect in every things , they are professional in services , I will sty in it each time with family or friends , he is my best hotel. I did enjoy there, it was quiet, clean, lot of green around all rooms are located with fabolous view. Well decorated, eco friendly. Food setting perfect but there is the need to introduce more continental dishes like that of Africa. The view setting is great. Food, location, swimming-pool, calm / relaxing environment and staff. This was the 2nd time we stayed and we have no regrets. I like every things in this hotel , I believe they are professional in services ,I will sty in westen hotel in the feature . The first day we were there our room didn't get cleaned and second day room was cleaned but not very well. Breakfast with room service was a little disappointing I ordered waffles and they were dry and not nice at all. The gym isn't within the hotel complex. On check out, the hotel staff took away our own wooden clothes hangers and replaced them with their plastic ones without telling us! They quietly assumed we stole the hotel hangers!. Noise insulation of rooms could be better. Golf court maintenance which started after 4am was sometimes noisy. Non. Only the weak link was smokers are everywhere. they should separate smokers and nonsmokers, especially food area. i would recommend no smoking inside anywhere pablic area. there are not so much things to do in the hotel if you do not want to golf and you do not want to spend your day at the pool.... Pool closes at 7 pm. Limited food options for vegetarians. In room dining did not offer some basic things which most hotels provide. I stayed in room 200 and there was a rattle in the extract for the shower. I did report it at check-out. This was minor, but I am a very light sleeper. What did disturb me was the tankers (2) in the car park either pumping something into or out of the manholes. Even though my room was facing the golf course it was still very loud and very early. Wifi acess was very weak A staff nocked the door once for minibar refill... we did not respond so he entered the room. Quality of Indian dishes we ordered were poor and nowhere near authentic. Staff need more training,especially the room cleaning staff. Restaurant needs ventilation Waiters to be more friendly. nothing. i didnt like the request from the hotel forcing me to check out at 1:00 pm this is a first 5 star hotel which forces me to check out at 1:00 pm. Leave your children at home as this is not a place to bring the kids. not possible to access the piano bar with a kid, way to the hotel should be better indicated. Agadir restaurante. Not much facility for small children.. like playing area. The hotel position itself as a 5 star but many little things are off: room decoration is boring and not cosy, too few toiletries, espresso machine does not work, expensive Internet connection. The service was slow and unorganized at every meal and at the pool side. Having to leave early to catch a plane. Tried to book brunch on-line nad had no response within 24 as per the booking instructions. Then called in person and left a message but no one called me back. I then had to call again. Not a customer friendly experience. Then, at brunch, the waiter spilled a full glass of champagne - a lot of which ended up on me! Waiter service was also slow to fill up glasses and take away finished plates. Nothing. Nothing. Speaking english for the staff seemed quiet difficult. Nobody could tell me who built the hotel. Food was expensive inside the hotel. Internet was poor. Wifi J must pey??. Food in general was not really good and was bland in taste. our luggage was lost on arrival. one of our room's ac wasn't working and it took 4 visits from the engineers and 8 hours to finally figure out wat the problem was. -The service all over was a let down and does not meet even a 3 star rating. -Lack of consistency in information among staff -Unfriendly staff in many incident especially in the all day dining -Quality of food below avarage. Pool small and crowded. I did not find my reservation which kept me waiting for 20 mints to solve it. Staff poor English speakers.
