The hotel was like a home away from home. I booked a single room but due to unavailability, i was upgraded to a suite FOC. The suite had all the facilities you could want in a home. There is a shopping mall at the other wing so it was very conveninent to shop while i lodged, and it was fully accessible from the hotel. I'll be there again next year. every things are excellent and the staff was friendly . and the room clean.فنـدق مريح بالتعامل والعاملين جدا خدومين ومستعدين بالخدمه باي وقت ولطيفين جدا خاصه السيد محمد بالاستقبال والفلبيني لا اذكر اسمه وفندق نظيف جدا.
all reviews » Free Shuttle from the airport, close to airport (I had an overnight layover), friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, close to a supermarket and restaurants, WiFi, refrigerator in room. We like atmosphere here we got. And good and friendly communication of staffs and warm welcome reception and of course we loved it,, and we feel most convenient in all ,,,. Great value for money, really close to the airport about 15-20 minutes. The mall downstairs had everything I needed and then some! :) no need to even go in to town!. I like the location and the good treatment of the staff, the tidiness and the comfort. The price is also reasonable.The view outside is excellent. We were visiting Adipec 2013, It was a good place with a good value, and all the facilities are available due to the Mole... I like the in room facilities, especially the kitchen stuff, that make us save more money by cooked our own food. It is an awesome place as it is connected to the mall and makes activity planning easier. nice and co operative staff I have ever seen. Calm and safe place. I fully recommend it. Location (was easy to find and perfect next to shopping mall). I received excellent service for receptionist called Samih. in Mezayed mall, Closer to delma mall (cinema, shopping). Well equipped large apartment adjacent to a mall. Accessible to the airport within 10 minutes. among the staff the receptionist were great. Good for longer STAY. Connected with mall. Other than the mall it is attached to the hotel is kind far from other attractions so would need a car or taxi for any site seeing. Nothing. No complaints at all!. Everything was perfect. The swimming pool & the Gym is small. location bit far away from the city centre/corniche. only spending 1 night. Wifi was not very good and you must have a car because the hotel is a little outranged. Some of the staff needs to be trained (most were perfect). old toilets no bath robs. Nothing. maintanance were really ignorant thats why i chose fair for staff. I was at the 7th floor. Wifi signal are not good engough. gud at 3rd and 4th floor. No comments. No Shaving Kit, No Dental Kit, No Shoe Shiner. Thebreception staff are not enough. Internet is weak, swimming pool is small and its surrounding area is not clean, it is mentioned in letsbookhotel.com that there is a sofa bed but it was normal sofa. Nothing. It was stated in letsbookhotel.com that the check out time is up to 2pm but the receptionist told us to check out at 12noon. The double lock at the main door is not working (room 707). the wifi is very bad. I didn't like the location of it ..... The rates shall be inclusive of morning breakfast No. of TV channels availability shall more. the entrance . The noise in the corridors and the disturbances during the night. The air conditioning could not be regulated and the hot water wasn't very hot. Room 510. The bathroom was not up to much with the shower poorly maintained with one towel per double room, which just doesn't make any sense. Expensive than range. Bad wireless. A little noisy. Could have more kitchen tools. Standard of maintenance. Noisy. Total payments on the booking web site doesn't include the service fee and city tax and when I reach to the hotel desk they inform me that I should pay them. Service is slow. Unhelpful staff Internet connection disappeared and nothing was done to fix it, while many people including myself had to work there Breakfast buffet is very poor, you are better off buying food at the supermarket downstairs Swimming pool is tiny and gym is extremely humid as it is located right next to the pool I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dark design of hotel. Area around hotel is under construction. Not clear price, everyday is changed. Swiming pool is hidden behind public toilets... Never more this hotel. The construction made it difficult to access and to get a taxi. It is in an isolated area. The rooms are ordinary and 2 star at best. The hotel does not have or serve alcohol. The service is really bad , i had to carry my bags all the way to my room , reception wanted to finish his duty and leave , not clean , one employee works on reception. Room was full cigarette smell not so clean. Very expensive for location. Staff could provide address for my gps only providing location by city. How could staff not no an address.
