Very professional, polite and helpful staff where nothing was too much for them. Very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent services. Ate regularly in Ginger where food choice, quality and presentation were first class. Coopers bar was lively, showed excellent sport and held a very wide range of beers. Location was superb for access to Yas island. Room size , clean , quiet , location and the staff were friendly .. all reviews » The hotel is new and located at Khalifa Park. The location is quite, calm and away from the heavy traffic. Although the location is far from the places of interest however taxis are available 24/7 at the hotel entrance. The price was good for the quality of service and the facility provided. The room was spacious. The location was close to the conference I attended and close to Dubai road avoiding the crowd inside Abu Dhabi. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A little trouble with the room key checking in, but the desk made all efforts to correct the problem, and went above what was expected. Great service. It was amazingly close to The Grand Mosque. The rooms were very clean and a great size, the food was was also excellent and there is a British style pub which is very lively. The cleanliness, the staff attitude, the comfort, the quality of the facilities. We had a problem with one of the rooms and were upgraded to another with no hassle. Front Desk was very friendly and I really like how nice Faith was to us. Coopers was great even during Ramadan and I like the very attentive service we got from Gio. The services are great, the personnel very well trained and very polite and helpful. Rooms are amazing! Location is great! Price so affording!. I didn't like the fact that I need to pay a lot of money on the room while the service I am getting from kathrina at the reception was very poor this time and she was not helpful at all. The floor of the bathroom and room were not clean . I could see dirty spots , thats not good for a luxury hotel. Internet is not free & costly unless you stay in suit or club room. 5 star hotel should provide free wifi. Nothing. The AC was little lauod. Alcohol should be served on the 9th floor lounge all day!. The air made loud noises sometimes in the room which kept me awake some. The service at coopers, a public house located within the Rotana building, is slow at best on busy nights. Nothing. there is nothing to criticize. You really need to check all your bills as I had a problem of double paying. Once I involved the tourism authority they promised to look into it. Gym small for the amount of people. minor things: toilet floor having small stains and tv sound control in the toilet was not functioning properly. however, the stay was excellent. During the first day, the welcome was a little overwhelming. Huge price hike for the Grand Prix weekend. Breakfast is expensive breakfast finish early. no kids club. No thing. nothing.. nothings. Too far from shopping centers there is no free Internet. nothing. the size of pool.
