  Great service, I got a phone call the day before our stay confirming the amount of adults and children in the room to enable them to prepare it properly. Room was spacious, even with the four of us in it. Great pub at the side (Beefeater), breakfast was great, good choice all round. Having 'stayed' at a different hotel the previous week (Marriott)... what people say » when they didn't have the two family rooms we'd booked months earlier and ended up being sent home in a minibus, it was great to see that Premier Inn - The location was perfect for us & our plans for the time we stayed in Woking. The reception staff were very friendly & courteous & the staff in the restaurant in the morning for brekkie in The Bridge Barn were also nice & friendly.

  The staff and cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little early by car, the staff was very helpful and cleaned the room for me while I got a free coffee in the pub. the bathroom was very clean, big and modern with a spacious shower, enough space for 2 people (room 206). The room was cosy, I appreciated that I could make cof... what people say » fee and tea in my room. Free parking for my car and free wifi.The pub /restaurant was very cosy and very english. I enjoyed both my dinners at the Pu - The bed was very comfortable. And there were plenty of extra pillows. Plus if you had forgot any personal items the inn had a free facility that supplied them .it also had a good size bathroom and shower and a fan if it got too hot .menus were supplied for the pub attached and the food and attention from the staff was fantastic we had a lovely stay plus it was close to the shopping area as it was only a short walk away and plenty of parking .
