  Everything about this place was wonderful. The owner, Sarah, couldn't do enough for us, including contacting us before we went to discuss such things as how high we would want the heating in the room to be, what the options for breakfast were, and loads of information about places to visit nearby. We stayed there as we were attending a wedding nea... what people say » rby, and as it was our wedding anniversary decided to stay an extra night. Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go - Fordwater is a home away from home. As a lone business traveler it was important for me to feel comfortable which I did. I was looked after very well, the service from (before) you arrive to the day you leave is excellent. It is extremely clean with spacious rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the owner makes sure that she tailors everything to your needs. I have been back 2 times and will be re-booking for another business trip this week.
