The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it! Also when renting a car, go for something compact - roads are narrow and curvy.

The bedroom was of a decent size with a goodbathroom and well stocked mini-bar.Could be cheaper but anyway the value for money ratio is excellent. We did not find any fault with the hotel or staff. Everything was immaculate. Perhaps the hotel could provide additional entertainment in the evenings. We loved our stay there and would really recommend the hotel.Finding it was difficult as there is not a name sign on the hotel until you drive up to it. Also we could not see a road name sign so we had to ask people for directions. Now we know where it is it could not be easier for next time. Right next to ferry port. Helier. from the airport there are no signs for your hotel either on the road or on the hotel itself.Our air con broke down on the first day and reception said someone would come up and fix it. and No-one came up atall. It's not a big issue atall. To be honest it's the only negative thing to say, and it's not even that bad. Might of been if it was summer though. Also, some staff had very strong accents of their original language, which often made it a little difficult to understand and communcate properly. No really a dislike, but please, you have to admit that the appearence of the front entrance looks more like the entrance to a mid city council building and inside could be so improved by lots of greenery, plants etc, more fish in the tank plus a few more plants these would not go a miss either.I cannot think of anything with which we were dissatisfied. the buffet breakfast was not hot enough. The hotel is primarily targeted at business travellers. Hoever, if staying more than a couple of nights there is not much wardrobe / drawer space. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice of food, the cold buffet selection was very good and varied, although the hot buffet had a good selection of food it was cold!. no.. everything was superb.. Lunch on Sunday was very pricey : £41 for a brunch, no other options. Not enough wardrobe space for more than a couple of nights stay. Building works on adjacent sites still on going but we had no problem with noise. No, but only stayed one night, perhaps a longer stay would have revealed problems. not enough space for clothing in room eg. no drawers. No children facilities eg games room or entertainment. restaurant closed on sunday pm and not enough information about the spa, would have liked a guided tour of spa on arrival at hotel.

By Car - Leave the airport, and at the roundabout take the first turning, indicating the North and St. Helier ( town centre). - After one mile you will approach a double roundabout. Continue to follow the sign towards the town centre (St. Helier). - On the filter-in turn, turn left and continue on that road which eventually becomes a dual carriageway. - Once you have passed The Grand Jersey (on the right-hand side) and Elizabeth Castle on the right at St. Helier, continue in the left lane and follow the signs towards the harbour. - You will approach Cineworld and Fitness First. Take the left lane which goes along the dual carriage way tunnel, and you will reach a roundabout. Take the 3rd turning towards the harbour. - At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit again. Continue on that road at the end you will reach the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey.
