Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Recommend the Hachett to eat of an evening, informal food and staff lovely.Tasty,fresh uncut loaf in welcome pack but no bread knife !! so chunky slices it was for toa.
all reviews » The Liberty Apartment looks like new and is spotlessly clean- 10/10 to the housekeeping staff. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon. We loved the contemporary feel of this fully kitted out apartment and chilling out over without room service knocking on the door. This is better experience than any hotel we've stayed in. Bus station is just downstairs so its a great base to go exploring. The free upgrade to a harbour view apartment was an unexpected bonus and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. Very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay easy and pleasurable. The location is excellent and the views over the marina most interesting. The apartment is spacious and very peaceful. Close to a good choice of easy to walk to pubs and restaurants, shops and stores - as well as the bus station and large (but busy) public car parking. The apartment was beautiful and functional. We particularly appreciated the terrace and view, the check-in staff who graciously allowed us to store our baggage as our apartment was not yet ready, and taking our baggage to our apartment for us. We also really liked the location which was convenient to everything. Central location beside bus station with a lovely outlook over the harbour. (Well worth paying a bit extra for this). Very well equipped kitchen. Luxurious fluffy bathrobes were a nice touch as were the complimentary croissants and coffee available at reception in the morning if you were up early enough!. The apartment was great - really good quality, value for money and very clean. Also very contemporary and centrally located. We also received a free upgrade to a marina facing room with balcony so we were very happy with everything. Very well appointed modern apartment with balcony across lounge and bedroom. Space ,well equipped,harbour view,location. Location, location, location!. location quality. Nothing. The description of 'luxury' is a bit pretentious - they are modern and comfortable but just lack that luxury feel. We stayed for 7 nights and the rate was the same per night however many nights - no problem except there was no change of towels or cleaning unless we wanted to pay more. We should have checked out each morning perhaps?. Evening front desk staff couldn't tell us the location of a grocery store by using the TI city map. As a result, we were unable to follow her somewhat vague directions and never found one. She gave directions as though we already were familiar with the area ("It's across from the big statue.") This was disappointing because we wanted to eat dinner in our apartment, and instead had to find a restaurant. No negative comments whatsoever. not being able to recycle rubbish - we're so used to separating everything at home but there was no-where indicated to be able to do this at the apartment. The bed (which was very comfortable) was a bit to big for the room which made it difficult for the wheelchair user to get in as there wasn't enough room at the side of the bed. Apart from this everything was excellent. Washer/dryer needs a genius to work it!. Apartment we had was on the small side. We were 'upgraded' to a harbour view apartment when we checked in but it was far smaller than the town facing apartment we had booked. Our stay was still good but a little cramped. No air-conditioning, so was warm as had large windows and we had good weather when there. All internal doors were heavy fire-doors that had door closures on that constantly slammed shut -soft closures would be a great improvement!. Self closing interior doors. poor condition of sofa+ .
