  Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed.   Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are of a good size and being redecorated at this time. Food is excellent all you can eat for breakfast. The bar gets lively most nights with entertainment good selection of real ales. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  best hotel ever! We stayed in a twin oriental themed room, very tastefully done. In the words of my 11 yr old " Where else would you find a 19th century Tibetan bridal Sedan chair in your bedroom?" Both were spacious and included two armchairs and a coffee table Things that really pleased us were: fridge with fresh milk and bottled water fresh coffee with cafetiere teapot ironing board and iron full-sized toiletries in bathroom plenty of books everywhere in the hotel, plus games and jigsaws swimming pool beautiful gardens. wonderful restaurant meals wonderful breakfast I could go on and on.

The little cottage gave us privacy and freedom to do as we wished, there was plenty of walks for our dogs, it was peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was spotless and had everything that we needed, even came with dog bowl and towel. We felt very welcomed. The bed very,very comfortable. Owners very helpful and accommodating. The property is about 2 miles further than the Sat Nav stated. Would we go again yes, would we recommend, yes.
