I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed. Jeremy was friendly, efficient and accommodating, the staff were all very efficient and friendly, the room was large and clean and bathroom was enormous. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We all absolutely loved this hotel. It was warm, welcoming and friendly. We had two twin rooms. Both were spacious and included two armchairs and a coffee table Things that really pleased us were:
fridge with fresh milk and bottled water
fresh coffee with cafetiere
teapot
ironing board and iron
full-sized toiletries in bathroom
plenty of books everywhere in the hotel, plus games and jigsaws
swimming pool
beautiful gardens.
wonderful restaurant meals

We were made very welcome from the start, even the dog. We opted for the continental breakfast and were spoilt for choice. The facilities very good, views were wonderful.(The location is very good for the Malvern's, Tewkesbury, Worcester.) The bed very,very comfortable. Owners very helpful and accommodating. The property is about 2 miles further than the Sat Nav stated. Would we go again yes, would we recommend, yes.
