Very Friendly helpful. felt very welcome. Bed comfortable clean room with TV kettle etc allessentials. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed. Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Jeremy was friendly, efficient and accommodating, the staff were all very efficient and friendly, the room was large and clean and bathroom was enormous. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

friendly staff - good position for my requirements, they are still finding their feet but could not have been more accomodating. I hope to be able to stay again in the future - It is right next to the river which i expect would be great in the summer months.It is only a short walk to the centre of town.

I was given a warm welcome & shown to my room, which was in the original part of the building. It was large & very light with large windows on two sides, one of which overlooked the lovely garden. My room appeared freshly decorated, with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized bathroom, again light & with a window. Breakfast was good. I'll definitely be back when in the area.
