    The staff were very polite and friendly. I had access to the room at ant time. My wife who was not booked in but had had a minor operation was allowed to stay in the bed the following morning.     From the moment we arrived we were given a warm, cheerful and friendly welcome. And this attitude continued throughout our stay by all the staff - in fact I don't think we ever saw any of them without a cheerful smile and greeting - led by Chris, the manager, who always had time to chat but at the same time maintained a trained and watchful eye o... what people say » n all the guests to ensure we all had great service. Our room was extremely comfortable and well presented, and was equally well presented every eve - it was our second stay we like the tastefully decorated rooms which are very clean and have good facilities such as Wi-Fi flat screen tv and good quality coffee. the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant food is excellent and breakfast menu provides a good variety. I particularly liked the eggs benedict. The inglenook fire place in the bar gives a cosy feel on chilly winter days.

    Fantastic quiet location very much reminded of my parents country house in france. efficient service, good standard of rooms with internet connection, tv, hairdryer, towels, comfortable beds and good quality feel through-out. more of the larger and more expensive hotel chains could learn alot from such small, family run b&b's. great value fo... what people say » r money with a freshly cooked full english breakfast. Also had a good meal at the recommended Bluebell pub and received a discount as staying at the - We stayed in the wonderful log cabin (superior double) in the garden. Ideal location for the Three counties showground. Friendly hosts who provided superb breakfasts. The pub in the village gives you 10% discount on food if you are staying here (tues night £10 mixed grill/weds night is pie night) & its excellent food too with a lovely landlady (Sue). We would recommend Henwick as an ideal place to stay if you wanted a luxurious getaway & restful break. We will go back there again.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful, happily supplementing room supplies with fresh milk for tea etc when requested. Spectacular views from the rooms and the restaurant, and my 12 year old son loved the cooked breakfast. There are two paths leaving the hotel grounds which take you straight up the Malvern Hills - 20 minutes to the top and even b... what people say » etter views. The hotel is also very quiet. - A non chain family run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent in terms of quality and quantity and the cellar was comprehensive. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bedding fresh (sounds and obvious comment to make but I have come across some horrors in London). Location was beautiful and the parking ample. The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

    Lovely little place with lovely rooms in a lovely little village in a lovely part of the country. Very friendly and helpful people - allowed us to check in early to make a wedding.     friendly staff - good position for my requirements, they are still finding their feet but could not have been more accomodating. I hope to be able to stay again in the future - It is right next to the river which i expect would be great in the summer months.It is only a short walk to the centre of town.

    Before we even arrived Steph and Tony were looking to our needs to make this a really enjoyable stay, with special care taken to give us the sort of bedding we prefer. Their helpfulness seemed to know no bounds, even to arranging an emergency appointment with a local dentist. The area is beautiful. As well as an excellent breakfast each morning, evening meals of goo - Beautiful views and very private. Extremely clean and comfortable, modern, safe and quiet. All mod con's, even an iron and ironing board. So thoughtful of owners to leave bread, milk, juice, cookies, tea, coffee & hot chocolate, very much appreciated after a long journey with children. Lovely toiletries and towels too! Really enjoyed our stay and if in the area again would definitely stay here. Owners are a delight to deal with!

    It was very comfortable with a pleasant ambience. A plus from our point of view is that it is a country hotel and therefore quiet with ample parking space. The meals were excellent. There was great attention to detail. - Friendly and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and wellappointed room.

    Ticking the boxes as good seems a tad unfair, very good would be more apt, and, considering what a country inn can offer, compared to a top country manor house for example, it was excellent. We were delighted with our stay and can recommend it. Nearby Tenbury, whilst not the greatest tourist destination, does have at least three notable features. ... what people say » The view from the bridge into town over the river Teme is nice, as is the Art Deco Regent cinema, but the real treat is the unique Pump Room building. - We loved everything about this hotel. It was very comfortable with everything on hand. Ate in the restaurant the three nights we were there and the food was superb, as was the service. Very friendly owners who were knowledgable about the history and surrounding countryside, and always had time to talk to you.Breakfasts were excellent too and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
