  Clean, comfortable, safe and plenty of parking and very convenient for my purposes. I would recommend it in future. - They were very accomdating after the booking system made an error and over booked the family rooms. Very impressed.

WHEN IM THERE THEY - Excellent buffet at breakfast - never seen curried chickpeas and basmati on a breakfast menu before, very very nice indeed. The cook was standing near the buffet and we had an excellent chat about vegetarian foods. The hotel is an excellent hotel overall, and the room was spectacular. The staff were super professional and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed it. The bar and lounge area were a great place to meet colleagues or to just sit and read quietly.

  This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Our room is always good and we mostly have been able to have the same room on each stay. Breakfast is very good and we have had some lovely dinners there. Parking was cheaper than listed, being charged £10 for two days, excellent. Really nice, would go again.

  We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money. Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service. The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable. Bedroom was small which suited a short stay but may prove too petite for a longer stay ... what people say » with no wardrobe facility. A real positive is the free wifi throughout the premises and bedrooms. Bathroom is again a tight fit though adequate with l - My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

  This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz.   Easy check in, very friendly and helpful receptionist. only stayed one night and arrived a little late due to getting lost in Bristol city centre. Receptionist arranged for the hotel bus to pick us up from hotel and take us to, bungalow restaurant, who she rang to say we were on our way to eat. Although the restaurant is a little way from the hote... what people say » l, the hotel bus takes you there and also brings you back. I believe this service will also take you to the airport. The room was clean and comfortabl - Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

  Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected.   It was very welcoming, Warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and answered my queries. There was also a bath. It is quite rare to have baths in hotels room now so this was lovely to have after such a long drive there. - spacious room and en suite, pleasant surroundings
