Location was great for colston hall (4 mins walk)
Spotless accomodation with all facilities catered for inside, kitchen utensils,tv,radio,excellent heating &hot water etc.
Apartment was smart with good facilities. Wifi was free which was a very nice benefit.

Clean, nice layout and had welcoming feel and things like coffee and tea. Free wifi is great and there was enough space for the 4 of us. Location was great and would use them again.

Had a few problems checking in due to check in details with locker code to obtain keys for apartment and car park space. Remember to check in junk emails as didn't realise apartment booking email is marked as spam/junk.
Lift broke down and we wer on the 6th floor my mother has heart condition and is 73 no other way to get up except walk!
Oven not easy to work out to begin with.
We were in a room at the front overlooking the street. The noise from the street below was horrendous every night of our stay, from deliveries occurring at midnight through to 5am refuse collections. Not a single good night's sleep!.
Having an apartment on the 5th floor and no working lift for the duration of our stay.

No air conditioning, fan broken.
Check-in fiddly, would have liked someone there.

Carpets and settee smelt really musty.
Only real thing was they had not put the boiler on in advance and not told us so 3 of us had cold showers the one morning which was not great. We soon sorted it out but that was the only down side in reality. Location was great.
Windows very poorly fitted so the noise was ridiculous! We were facing onto the street and it was as though the window was open. City centre revellers all night followed by deliveries from 6am across the road...don't stay here if you expect to sleep!.
