  For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant. We enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant but skipped breakfast to head to the Edinburgh airport. Only stayed one night.

  This is more like a 5 star hotel than a B&B though you would never get such friendly service in a hotel.
