The town center is few minutes walk from the B&B where we had pleasant dinner. It was one of the best stays during our week sent traveling around Scotland. If you travel by car and visit Stirling castle, we recommend The Knowe Guest House to stay before or after.

This has to be one of the best values for family lodging in the Loch Lommond area!! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the self catering cottage. With 2 bedrooms, one with a double and single upstairs and another downstairs with a bunk bed set, this cottage easily accommodates a family or group of 5 people. For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early.
