    Great location, very close to all the facilities in Callander (including Ciro's Italian restaurant, where the food was delicious) - massive room, very comfortable, and the best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B. The town center is few minutes walk from the B&B where we had pleasant dinner. It was one of the best stays during our week sent traveling around Scotland. If you travel by car and visit Stirling castle, we recommend The Knowe Guest House to stay before or after.

    Our recent stay at The Westcot started our driving holiday around Scotland. After staying now in 5 more accommodations since then, we rate The Westcot as the best we have stayed in. There is attention to detail, the rooms are great, the appointments and little extras contained therein are very thoughtful, e.g. Bath robes, hot chocolate, lovely bi... what people say » scuits, tea and coffee, makeup remover. The wifi connections are superb. Breakfast is amazing with the range of choices (within reason) from Moe's ki - Carol and Bob were the loveliest couple who were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They made us feel like welcome friends in a non-intrusive way. They were full of information and helpful local knowledge. The room was nice and after being in London and some other cities it was lovely to be in a place that had a lovely view from every window.     My partner and I stayed over at the Abbotsford Lodge after attending a beautiful wedding at the Roman Camp. We had one of the double rooms at the top, sharing a shower room with other guests. There's a lodge more or less at the end of the drive that does lovely food and you can drink the night away there and talk to the locals while they spin you a story or two! Followed by a sing song! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the self catering cottage. With 2 bedrooms, one with a double and single upstairs and another downstairs with a bunk bed set, this cottage easily accommodates a family or group of 5 people. It has a kitchen and a living/ dining area with a table that 4 can comfortably sit at for meals. The Londis grocery store is an easy 5 minute walk away and if you prefer a meal out

    For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant.     I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities provided. All staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous, both reception and domestic. The Harvester restaurant could not have been handier and I had no complaints at all with the food available.     Bright and spacious room. Bed extremely comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Great location for access to train and bus stations and for city centre - The adapted/disabled room was well suited to our needs. Newly opened Hotel so everything was pristine. Very comfortable Bed.
