Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were spacious even with the extra single bed brought into the room. The full size bed was very large and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom featured bath/shower. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Edinburgh. It was very convenient to head over to the pub next door for breakfast each morning. It was also nice enjoy the outside patio area since the weather was nice.

Staff: Friendly and helpful Food: Convenient and well prepared at an affordable price. We were greeted in a friendly but not over the top manner. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed huge and the breakfast next door in the Outside Inn was pretty good too. The staff were excellent!! Every member of staff we seen at all times of the day and night were happy and friendly. Our room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. The choice of firm or soft pillows was appreciated. Staff very helpful with all our questions and ordering taxis.. Large free car park. Check in was quick and friendly. Large clean room. Well heated. TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee. Pub with meals next door. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. room was lovely and clean. room was fab and great value for money. Friendly female receptionist, clean room as expected from this chain. A quiet night was had as expected. The staff gave us a warm friendly welcome and were very helpful as we didn t really know the area. The help and the sympathy of the beautiful Laura, the assistant of Premium Inn in Larbert.... And to be fair the room was ok, normal Premier Inn standard. Staff very friendly. Comfort and price. Nothing much. Solitude. Actual hotel good but dated. Nothing really. But the toaster took a long time. (I can see that this is a safety issue). Room was at top of building with a dormer window, so had little natural light. my stay was to short. Please spend some money and invest in new toasters to speed up breakfast. Present ones about to give up! Cooked breakfasts very good. Breakfast was a very average buffet. Finding the location was very difficult. The pub customer service was poor and the food quality average. No shower stall and the bath was very deep, no handbars. Very slippery surface, had to put a handtowel down to prevent falling over. Desk said non-slip mats were available but there is no note to say so. The restaurant next door is the pits. Very dirty and smelly; needs a complete makeover. The pub next door was good except for the staff at breakfast. Breakfast is 7-9am, you have to beware they may have run out of certain lines if you leave it until 08.30. Lady running the breakfast just could not care!. Nothing. The breakfast was very sparse poorly presented and I decided not to eat it. Not at all welcoming. The shower was a bit apologetic / slow. There was nothing I didn't like. nothing. how hot the room was even with the curtains closed and the window open it was 29oC. that for a big name brand hotel that you have to pay extra for 24 hoiur wifi would expect it to be included in cost of the stay. Having to book so far in advance to get a good price. Water pressure is horrendous. Also woken at 8.50 on Saturday morning with workmen banging loudly. Would have been much appreciated to be fore warned as we have 3 children at home and don't really get the chance to relax and sleep late so this dampened our stay extreamly. Unfortunately the guests in the next room kept us awake until 4 a.m. in the morning by arguing loudly. Bed was a little hard &fire doors noisy at night. Adjacent food outlet very basic. Only two teabags in room. Price and soap in shower. The pub restaurant next door, truly abysmal customer service. Ended up walking out in the evening and driving across town to the other Premier site which has a Beefeater restaurant next door, this was fine for my evening meal. The breakfast next morning back at the pub next to the Larbert Premier was also pretty poor both in terms of quality and service. TV volume set very low struggled to hear. Other people staying in hotel were noisy.got woken at 1am upstairs banking on floor didn't stop for few hrs. Typical Premier Inn - bland and quite expensive for what you get. Pub next door not very special and had to wait for a table. No alternatives nearby for food. Noise. Restaurant -dire Not clean.decor from 80s.toaster broken.overall 1 out of 10.
