I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities provided. All staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous, both reception and domestic. The Harvester restaurant could not have been handier and I had no complaints at all with the food available. Getting there could not be easier leaving the a9 and the location is ideal for access into Stirling itself. Overall - excellent.

Laura on reception was genuinely helpful and a pleasure to have as the first person you meet when you come into this premier Inn. Premier Inn Euston could learn a lot from this level of genuine customer service. Well done Laura, you have restored my faith in Premier Inn. The location was quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful facilities were great and the experience at this hotel encouraged us to use the Premier Inn hotels in many areas we visited in Scotland it was a relaxed enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the restaurant next door served a delicious buffet breakfast. the location is close enough for a full day visit to stirling, yet a nice jog in the morning past horses and fields. Staff and facilities are equally good. Breakfast was perfect. We opted a quad-room and facilities within the room are quite decent. Food tastes delicious, however, vegetarians do not have much options in ala-carte. Friendly staff and welcome, good value for money. Neat and clean rooms, good and clean bathroom with bad and shower. Quiet hotel. Next to restaurant with good food. Free parking. 30 min free wifi per day. Spotlessly clean, really comfy beds, plenty of room even with 4 adults sharing, great tv, brilliant breakfast. Staff really nice and helpful when we missed first night re snow, lovely and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Brewere Fayre next door was ideal for my young children. They enjoyed the play area whilst I finished my breakfast in peace. Very friendly greeting and asked for more tea bags . Request dealt with promptly and with a smile. Easy access to motorway and town. Very quiet despite being full. Excellent value for money, location right next door to great resturant, pub , great for all meals so close no need to travel and look for some where to eat. all we use 4/5 visits /year oldest SCOTTISH vet racing cyclist course @CAMBUSSBARON 4/5 miles plus visit to the only LAKE IN SCOTLAND @lake of mentieth. This is the second time we've stayed here and very pleased with the comfy beds and the large rooms. Good if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. we liked everything hear could not fult the accomidation or food very helpfull staff due to a problem we had there were very nice and helpfull. Problem was dealt with swiftly, by guess who, Laura :). The queen-size bed is a big down-side. I believe the bed is worn out as the bed springs were troublesome. If you are opting for a room in this hotel, do check the beds are of good condition in your room. The extra (4th) bed we had was a bit hard, got extra duvet to make it softer. Thank you!. If the weather had been bad the resaurant was away from hotel, was close but you would have got wet etc. I thought was a bit expensive, but that will be because I stayed during the Easter holidays. Food in Brewers Faye at evening meal only average quality. Too far to walk to the main town of STirling but is only a short drive any way. still cant get 29 POUND room as per adberts?. when we stayed hear we had a problem and we had to call 999 but there was no phone in room or an adderess to tell them where to come went down to reception and no adderess down there. think you should be awer of this and make sure that it is easy to find. Family room on small side for 2 adults and 2 children. Menu restricted for gluten free and health aware. nothing except cant get the 29POUNDdeals despite booking 5 6 7 months in advance eg due back 17 to20 MAY and then edinburgh for 1 week WHAT CAN YOU DO?. The room was too hot and we were unable to alter the temperature which seemed to be stuck at 24.5 degrees. You had to leave the building for the breakfast. The price is prohibitive, in that you still have to pay extra (£8.95 for cooked breakfast). Do not believe that hotel is worth £77.85 per night, when I could have booked into a 4 star in Stirlingshire for less. But, on this occasion I did not. Huge amount of difficulty with WiFi (even after paid for service). good for car drivers, but too far to walk into town. Coffee in the reception area would be an improvement. Limited WiFi. 24 hour, free WiFi would not cost anything extra and would be a great convenience for modern travelers. Increase number of hand towels when more than one person is using the room. Restaurant evening meals needed more healthy options - less fried and deep-fried courses. Nothing. Nothing. Beds were a little too soft. Despite booking 3-4-5 months in advance cannot get any 29£ deals question to you why not?. room was very warm and no way of cooling it down. No in house washing facilities. The outside and roof could do with a bit of attention. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the heat as it began to warm up outside. Also, the mattress in Room 29 needs to be replaced. It was a bit lumpy so that I traded with the child on the divan. Quad room perhaps a bit small. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Other guests slamming doors from the moment we arrived throughout the night until we left the following day. eating at the restaurant was an experience !all we wanted was A nice meal ,which we got,but their staff trying ti flog extras was A pain.
