    Absolutely everything - this is a real gem of a place to stay. Spotlessly clean, friendly and knowlegeable staff, excellent breakfast. nothing is too much trouble.     The comfiest bed I have EVER slept in at a hotel of any kind in my life! Basic but has everything you need. Lovely owners, helpful, there when you need them, but not getting in your business when you don't want. Offered very varied breakfast options and supplied extras for our special dietary needs.     A lovely guest house in a unique setting with charming owners. Very comfortable, warm and welcoming. Nothing appeared too much trouble for the lovely owners. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, with offers of more toast if you weren't full enough already. The views were amazing and I would recommend this lovely guest house highly ... what people say » to anyone. They also serve delicious evening meals too in the quiet ambiance of their dining room so no need to go anywhere else for great nosh. Tha - This guest house is in a wonderful setting alongside the river Wye in the charming Symonds Yat East. The guest house was peaceful whilst being close to great walks and wonderful venues for food (try the Saracens!) Our room had an excellent view of the river with its enchanting reflections, and the striking colours of the forest in autumn. This beautiful view was also equaled from the dining room. We found the bed one of the most comfortable we have had in a guest house.Chris & Meryl from D

    The room was very nice and clean, the staff were very welcoming and friendly but my favourite aspect of the whole stay was the BREAKFAST!!! It was fantastic!! My Girlfriend and I were a bit worse for wear from a wedding reception, that we attented the previous evening but after eating the delicious breakfast we felt rejuvenated. I can't find words... what people say » to praise it enough. - The Friendliness of the owners, my only regret was, that I could not stay a while longer. Beautiful house. The facilities were excellent, Breakfast was lovely and one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever sleep in. I will be staying there again on my next trip to Hereford.

    Booked at last minute to stay the night before we did a half-marathon. Very comfortable room, clean & spacious. Double-glazing to prevent noise from high street. Owner extremely welcoming & eager to help - was happy for us to return after our run to shower even though this would have been after check-out time. Tasty & filling breakfast... what people say » in delightful cafe on ground floor. Would happily stay there again. - All of it. It was a lovely little place with fantastic service, a superb breakfast, a very pleasant room and absolutely nothing to complain about at all (not that something to complain about what I look for!). The price was very reasonable too (£47pppn for one person in a twin room). I thought it was excellent with unbelievable value for money. I'd definitely stay there again.

    Our room and en suite was fantastically clean, well furnished and comfortable, the welcome tray was well stocked and breakfast was great and plentiful.
