    The guest house was over and above expectations. Every need was catered for and the owners were so friendly and helpful. All the rooms were clean,comfortable and attention was paid to detail. A true gem. Thanks for the hospitality - I felt very at home and comfortable there straight away. The proprietors are very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. It is a beautiful position, good for exploring Mumbles and the Gower, and also Swansea centre is easily accessible. I left the car at home and found the local buses to be frequent and stress free. I would certainly return.

    Booked this apartment as a birthday celebration. The apartment exceeded our expectations both in size and facilities. Perfect location overlooking the Hayes and the St David's 2 shopping centre, restaurants at your doorstep and selection of bars. Loved the freedom it gave us, definitely be booking again ASAP.     Our excellent host Lawrence was extremely helpful, caring and went out his way to make our stay most enjoyable and happy . The breakfasts were excellent.the bedroom was extremely quiet with excellent views of the beautiful grounds, fishpond and waterfall beneath our bedroom window and in the distance, views over Neath. On our last day Lawrence ferried us to our friends in Bryncoch to pick up our car where we had left it overnight - Really nice place in a lovely location just outside Neath and handy for Swansea Bay and the Mumbles or exploring Camarthen Fan (Black Mountain). The place is a credit to the owner - Lawrence Morgan who has worked hard over many years to establish a top quality guest house.

    Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The 4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London.     It has to be said, this is a truly wonderful place to stay. No paper thin walls, hard beds and noise here. If your're on business and you've had a hard day and want to relax this is where you need to be. If you like the thrill of mountain biking and want some scary trails - this is the IN place to stay.     In Bridgend for a family wedding and chose to stay here for the weekend. Really friendly and helpful service, good size rooms and ensuites and excellent breakfasts; we felt very well looked after. Very high standard of hygiene, everywhere was extremely clean and the overall feel was cosy even though it was a wet and blustery November weekend. I would definitely pay a return visit and highly recommend Hazelw - This had a high score on letsbookhotel.com and I can understand why.     Tried to make a direct booking but was connected to an automated system which I hate. Hence using letsbookhotel.com. Was attending a funeral and deciding to stay over after a train journey from Essex was a last minute decision so was a bit disappointed at the price. Didn't expect £29 obviously but was surprised at how much more exspensive the room... what people say » s are n ow. - The girls at the reception were very charming and helpful.     Really lovely atmosphere to this Inn. Staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Accommodation set away from restaurant and pub so quiet and tranquil. Given fresh milk when arrive for hot beverages which was a lovely touch. Great food at the Inn and so reasonably priced plus close-by to room. Could be 5 star!! - We loved the staff. We received the friendliest welcome we've ever had. The bed was huge, and very comfortable, and the shower was awesome. (Not that we're shower connoisseurs or anything, but it really was good).
