Welcoming, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful rooms with all the little extras and home comforts.     The apartment we stayed at was perfect: really clean, functional, and beautifully furnished at the same time. We had microwave oven, oven, cooker, fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crookery, phon, good wi-fi, flat-screen tv with hundreds of channels, dvd player and Ipod bay, all included in the price (and I'm sure I have forgotten... what people say » something).     We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.... what people say » Breakfast was lovely too. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

    Close to town only 5 pounds in a taxi, the apartment was big enough for the 6 of us , clean had everything we needed. Arun the man who met us with the keys was fantastic.. Considering we locked our selfs out within 2 mins of getting our keys he was very patient and understanding. As a group we were all very happy and will definitely be staying aga... what people say » in. - We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.

    Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

    The guest house was over and above expectations. Every need was catered for and the owners were so friendly and helpful. All the rooms were clean,comfortable and attention was paid to detail. This guest house really does deserve its 5 stars, it offers exceptional quality and value for money. I wish that all guest houses could take their lead fro... what people say » m this one. A true gem. Thanks for the hospitality - I felt very at home and comfortable there straight away. The proprietors are very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. It is a beautiful position, good for exploring Mumbles and the Gower, and also Swansea centre is easily accessible. I left the car at home and found the local buses to be frequent and stress free. I would certainly return.

    The penthouse apartment is ideal for exploring Swansea and The Gower. Situated right on the marina, the balcony views are excellent and uninterrupted. We liked being close to the working locks and busy marina life because you see it all without being disturbed.     In a refurbished 19thC Welsh hunting lodge, the family who has redone it is very very helpful. Access to great hiking along the Welsh coastal path in the Gower Peninsula & optional horseback-riding provide charming countryside activities. Altogether a lovely experience.
