The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). We stayed in one of the garden rooms which had recently been refurbished - it was lovely. The hotel generally was clean and tidy and the breakfasts were homecooked

The hotel is great and you feel right at home in a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. Neat rooms, very spacious and had that fresh happy feeling. Clean and welcoming - lots of different teas and coffees and a luxury to choose upon arrival or before next morning's breakfast!
Staff were very helpful and polite as well as eager to go out of their own way to make your stay more comfortable to easy.

The Townhouse was a delight and I will definitely stay again. The room was perfect and splendidly clean and the bathroom was really lovely. The Townhouse feels like a home away from home and is a perfect place to be. It is close to the station and the shops and is in a safe residential area. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly prepared. I really couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.
