  This is what we call a really nice, comfortable hotel, one in which you feel at home. Everything was perfect, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! We were sad to leave! - The staff dealt very efficiently with our wishes and gave us a very nice stay in their lovely hotel. They tried very hard to make sure everything was perfect.

As we are both vegetarian we were delighted to discover that the restaurant had a separate and varied vegetarian menu and were able to accommodate us as a late booking. Good breakfast with a lot of options but we didn't eat at the hotel for dinner as we considered it too expensive.

  All staff were very friendly, yet efficient and professional. The room was better than I expected for the price. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival. The breakfast service and food quality/choice were worthy of a good 4 star hotel. pool and gym very clean and well-equipped. Also we took full advantage of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter service first class. We found all staff very helpful and there to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be visiting again very soon.

  From the moment my girlfriend and i arrived to the moment we left , we were treated to a first class service , the staff were friendly and helpfull , the rooms were beautifuly presented and clean . The staff were lovely, the meal in the restaurant at night was really nice and great value. I booked a double room and got a lovely suite which I didnt expect. Very good overall.

  This was a perfect break. The staff are such a friendly team and really go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. The views out over the fells make you feel relaxed in the first 5 minutes.   Bed was comfortable, good clean bathroom. Food was really excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. For a one night stay it would be superb.
