  The hosts are lovely people, always willing to share stories and give advice on where to go and how to get there for each individual group of travellers. The small details within the house are beautiful, a real British B&B. The breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was amazing! The room was compact and comfortable with all the amenities one n... what people say » eeds for a short trip away. - Lovely hosts just a 2 minute walk from the main attractions at Bowness! Lovely breakfasts with people always willing to offer where we can go and what we can do. Rooms were lovely, even though we had what they classed as their worst one it was beautiful!

  Beautiful guest house. The room was a good size, beautifully presented and very clean. It was nice to have the little extras - cork screw and wine glasses in the room, access to a fridge and fresh milk and air freshener in the bath room. The towels were a good quality and there were plenty of them. The location was excellent - quiet but just a short walk to the main road - What we enjoyed about this weekend was the lovely peace and quiet,location and an excellent place to stay. The owners ann-marie and paul were lovely and very informative of the surrounding areas.. arrived(a day late; due to really bad snow) to a lovely warm welcome,and a nice piece of cake! The room was fresh and very clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need... Breakfast was really well cooked especially the pancakes. We would definately recommend (and have)the langdale view gu
