  Compared to a Scottish hotel we stayed at the breakfasts and Bar meals were first class. We found the staff and owners were very helpfull, freindly and well mannered. It was nice to sit out near to the historic bridge and River Conway also the view from the room has very good views. The room was very good, extras close to hand En suite bathroom. B... what people say » eds were that comfortable I wanted to take it home - Catered well for our needs. Very flexible when early breakfats requested.

  this was our second visit to the hotel, and as usuall the hotel staff were fantastic, very helpfull especially during this festive time, food was just as good as any celebrity chefs restaurant but a quarter of the price, our friend booked another room and was over the moon to hear that the hotel will accept dogs which was a big bonus especially whe... what people say » n your on a rambling trip. all in all great hotel - relaxed atmosphere, and very friendly staff, good food and value for money food was on the table in no time atall easy parking and plenty to do in and around the area, very central and beutiful location
