    I took my Mum for her birthday, she was taken on holiday to Llandudno as a child and wanted to return. We had the family room at the top. The room was lovely and big, and we had a proper bathroom with full length bathtub and a good strong shower above it. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. There was no noise from the other guests or... what people say » from outside so we slept really well. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and they offered smoked salmon and scramb - Bernie and Mary were lovely hosts , we were made to feel very welcome in their lovely renovated victorian home ,rooms are very clean and comfortable .Mary cooks a lovely breakfast ,and Bernie serves , nothing is too much trouble and he gives you lots of useful tips of where to eat and places to visit.Parking is on site , so is a big bonus . The main sea front and all ammenities are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book again and really enjoyed our stay.

    The views. Warm welcome with hot tea and coffee and Welsh cakes. Filling Welsh breakfast. Being dropped into town in the evening. Lovely clean rooms. Comfy bed. Biscuits in our room. Powerful shower. The little things like a torch on the key for our room for finding our way up the footpath and umbrella for the usual British weather, which we didn... what people say » 't actually need! Definitely stay again - Beth sent explicit instructions on how to get to the B&B when we booked, just as well as it would be a bit hard to find otherwise. However once you get there it is certainly worth it. We stayed in the annex which was both comfy and we'll appointed. The freshly squeezed apple juice from their own trees was fantastic. Very accommodating hosts.

    Very friendly owners who were able to offer a lots of useful local information such as recommended restaurants, places of interest and walking routes. Our double room was of a good size, clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant view of the garden. Useful small library of books, DVDs and laminated local walking routes. Useful residents lounge. Ample free parking. Very plesant - An exceptional property in a stunning location. We were made to feel very welcome and the friendliness continued throughout our stay. Eileen is a font of knowledge of the whole area and John cooks an awesome breakfast. The village is only a 10 minute walk away. We shall certainly return in the near future and would recommend this Country house to anyone visiting this area.

    Lovely welcoming owners. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The room was great and a fantastic location. Excellent breakfast and a real warm homely feeling throughout the hotel. - As a woman loan traveler I felt very reassured and safe, the hotel was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful.

    A real gem tucked away in a village just a couple of miles outside Mold. Local pub a few minutes walk away that served food.     Jo an Martin were very welcoming and friendly hosts, it was very quiet when we were there and so they moved us to a room with a view of the Orme. it was a quiet room with a lovely view. The rooms are not huge but it was fine for the two of us. Unfortunately my husband and I were both unwell during our stay (nothing to do with Granby House) but wha... what people say » t we had of the breakfast was well cooked local produce with huge portions. We would definitely return and recommend it to others. i - Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

    our first experince of staying in a self catering accomodation..and it was perfect!! the lodge is very well renovated with all it's old world charm and modern facilities of very high standard.     Proprietors Stuart & Pat were very welcoming and full of information to get the best out of a short break including where to eat. The room was comfortable & clean & the breakfast was delicious. My husband's usual complaint is that when you have tea & coffee facilities in a room there is never enough choice or quantity of supplies... what people say » - not the case here !! He was well impressed. The situation for the town is excellent, easy walking distance to the beach/promenade/pier & Great - Stuart and Pat are wonderful hosts. Stuart helped to carry our luggage to our room and was offered a cup of tea or coffee when we arrived. The Chilterns is a lovely and very highly decorated guest house, one of the best we have stayed in, the breakfast was also delicious. We only stayed 2 nights and had fresh bed linen every day. We will be returning back to Chilterns in the very near future and would highly recommend it to every body, Thank you again Stuart and Pat xx

    Attention to detail. Lots of nice touches that make up the lovingly prepared rooms. Excellent service. When told about my girlfriend's cat allergy they made a great effort to ensure all communal areas were well hoovered. The welcome by Sara and Patrick was excellent and they continued to be helpful throughout the stay. Great breakfast with home made bread and preserves which was lovely. A wonderful stay. Thank you - Friendliness of holders. They made me feel at home. It was a business trip but I had a day off. They suggested me how to spend a day and thanks to their suggestione I had teh opportunity visit remarkable places. That is a point on the worlwide map where I want to go back.
