    I took my Mum for her birthday, she was taken on holiday to Llandudno as a child and wanted to return. We had the family room at the top. The room was lovely and big, and we had a proper bathroom with full length bathtub and a good strong shower above it. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. There was no noise from the other guests or... what people say » from outside so we slept really well. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and they offered smoked salmon and scramb - Bernie and Mary were lovely hosts , we were made to feel very welcome in their lovely renovated victorian home ,rooms are very clean and comfortable .Mary cooks a lovely breakfast ,and Bernie serves , nothing is too much trouble and he gives you lots of useful tips of where to eat and places to visit.Parking is on site , so is a big bonus . The main sea front and all ammenities are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book again and really enjoyed our stay.

    Very friendly owners who were able to offer a lots of useful local information such as recommended restaurants, places of interest and walking routes. Our double room was of a good size, clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant view of the garden. Useful small library of books, DVDs and laminated local walking routes. Useful residents lounge. Ample free parking. Very plesant - An exceptional property in a stunning location. We were made to feel very welcome and the friendliness continued throughout our stay. Eileen is a font of knowledge of the whole area and John cooks an awesome breakfast. The village is only a 10 minute walk away. We shall certainly return in the near future and would recommend this Country house to anyone visiting this area.

    The highly amiable and friendly owners of the property made the visit and our stay worthwhile. Harry and David, who own and maintain the property made us feel welcome and extremely comfortable. You have a breathtaking view - We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom. Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day. A sitting room with DVDs to choose from. Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo. Absolutely perfect!

    I loved everything about Glascoed Guest House. The accommodations were charming, clean, and very nice, the owners also run a cozy bar downstairs which was lovely. The owners were - A hidden gem. Immaculately clean and run by one of the friendliest families you could meet. The B & B experience at its best, clean fresh rooms and a delicious breakfast. Perfect location, lovely and quiet to relax and yet one street from the town centre and two streets from the promenade and pier.     The ffarm country house cannot be faulted in any way. We were greeted by one of the proprietors Stewart with an umbrella in the carpark in the wind and rain providing us with shelter to the front door. The room was very clean. Beautiful large bathroom with roll top bath and large shower. Best of all its a very quiet location and also theres no noise from other rooms. We were in Rioja and didn't hear the plumbing in the other bathrooms- a particular bugbear of mine. Book well ahead for meals as they were fully booked so we weren't able to eat there.     Having travelled extensively for the past 5 years, we have stayed in numerous hotels, motels and B&B's. This was by far the best and excellent value for money. The owners are just lovely people and made us feel really welcome. The room was modern, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The town with its range of amenities is just a short stroll away or, for the more adventurous, there is a nice scenic walk alongsi - Everything. The family were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The Guest House was spotless and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It was very quiet and the location was so convenient for the village and countryside. It was only ten minutes walk into the village with a good choice of places to eat. We will certainly stay there again.

    We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The breakfasts were consistently excellent and we were allocated a different table every day so that most guests were able to enjoy the prime positi... what people say » on in the window at least once! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

    It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel.     The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided.
