Nice homely feel through out the hotel, very clean and well kept. Quirk -
I liked the fact that is basically a relaxing, friendly up-market pub with good food and a handful of surprisingly luxurious bedrooms. The staff were young and very friendly, ensuring a relaxed welcome.
Great sea views and, amazingly, not a sound from the busy A55 below.

Really lovely guesthouse, we stayed in Room 1, which was beautiful and spacious. With a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The guesthouse owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes from the pier/shops and bars/restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was brilliant, lots of space on the street itself, very safe. Its also about a 5 minute walk from the tram ride up to the Great Orme, an amazing day out. The

The hotel was exactly as it appeared in the photos on the site.The gardens were lovely and well tended with lots of places to seat.The hotel itself was well maintained with lovely decor and furnishings .The staff were very friendly and professional .We had a meal in the restaurant which we would highly recommend.All in all fantastic value for money

We enjoyed our stay it was very good value for money,our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for directions. - I chose the hotel as it was close to my business destination.
