  Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. One this that could be made clearer is that the £6 parking is available from the NCP over the road. Once you got your ticket the Hotel validate your ticket to get the reduction.
