  Friendliness of staff, ease of check-in. I stayed in the hotel previously and had suggested that they supply small bottles of shampoo, cream, etc .. These were provided this time around and very much appreciated because due to limitation of liquids allowed in hand luggage on air flights the alternative would be to go out and purchase larger bottles... what people say » which you could not take home . - The staff , room and facilities were excellent, the staff were very helpful and took care of our every need. The breakfast was excellent, we throughly enjoyed our stay, and I have already reccommended the hotel to my friends and family.

  When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11... what people say » .30am!!!

  we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent the central location of the hotel let us wander around glasgow city centre with ease on our departure we were able to leave our luggage with reception until our taxi took us to the airport we will definitely be using this hotel again - We check... what people say » ed out in morning but train was not until 5.40pm. staff kept luggage until such time and we enjoyed a warm drink in hotel reception.   the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this.
