Its in the centre of evrywhere we wanted to go so great location. The apartments were fab - spacious, luxurious and and very modern. We are already planning for our next visit. - The location was ideal, close to bars, restaurants and main shopping centre. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. Friendliness of staff, ease of check-in. I stayed in the hotel previously and had suggested that they supply small bottles of shampoo, cream, etc .. These were provided this time around and very much appreciated because due to limitation of liquids allowed in hand luggage on air flights the alternative would be to go out and purchase larger bottles
