Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area. My sister and I relaxed in the bar at least an hour prior to lunch and wanted a packet of crisps, following our journey to Glasgow but nothing was available. - The hotel was fabulous with very friendly staff, the

Lovely apartment in central location,very convenient for groceries with Tesco almost next door
Only thing I would wish for,was small matt for bath,as it was bit slippery. -

Its in the centre of evrywhere we wanted to go so great location. The apartments were fab - spacious, luxurious and and very modern. We are already planning for our next visit. - The location was ideal, close to bars, restaurants and main shopping centre. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

The room had been recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. It was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by the decor and layout of the room. The hotel's location was very central and the shopping centre was a stone's throw away. The room was of a very high standard and the stay was very pleasant. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » very good size with clean toilets and is comfortable, specially quiet at night for a goodnight sleep. - I have no complaints at all about Premier Inn Glasgow City George Square.I found my room spotlessly clean, warm and quiet .The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.I chose to have a continental breakfast in the mornings and found the food to be of good quality with plenty of choises. I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.

I booked this hotel as I was arriving late by train into Glasgow and getting a very early train the next day, so wanted something inexpensive in a central location. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and helpful the member of staff on reception was, he give me advice about getting a late meal/take away from nearby Sauchiehall Street, and a

Excellent - All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Atmosphere very welcoming. Hot water available all the time, fresh towels daily and room cleaned thoroughly. Super breakfast. Internet access, couldn't have asked for more, really enjoyed our stay.
