  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel).   We were very happy with our choice, location great, staff nice and friendly. We also dined in the hotel for evening dinner which was lovely and exceptionally good value for money. We would return to this hotel - The hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in till we checked out.   The room was very goodd gave comfort after a long journey. The facilities in the executive room were excellent and I will be using again. The location was good and allowed walking after lunch. All in all I had a good experience staying at this hotel and although it is a corporate hotel it isn't used a much as it should be. - The staff was excelle... what people say » nt and very helpful when I was checking in and out. Room was very nicely appointed with a nice view of the water. Food was quite good. I would have no problem at all staying there again.

  We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. When there was no outlet to plug in a CPAP machine near the bed, the woman at the desk promptly found an extension cord for us to use. - The girl at reception was apologetic and offered to set up another bed in the room. Nice to have restaurant facilities on site. Quiet and clean accommodation.
