We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room were pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely stay again.

Large, clean room, comfortable mattress, friendly staff, and the crowning glory was the breakfast. Possibly the best mushrooms I've ever had, and one of the best hotel breakfasts ever served by a cheery, friendly lass. Well done Premier Inn Prestwich.
Excellent location for travellers going to Prestwick Airport and to the Ayrshire coast and the west of Scotland. The attached Brewyers offers great breakfast and very good menu for both lunch and dinner.
My husband is partially sighted and hard of hearing, walking with a stick, and every memer of staff we met were so friendly and helpful to him. Breakfast was excellant as was the staff on duty.
The staff member on reception was working alone. She was very busy however she dealt with the customers at the desk, she acknowledged we were waiting. She was friendly efficient and capable.

It was very close to the airport and breakfast times very suitable for taking an early plane. The rest was wonderful, as every Premier Inn.

I hate loathe and detest the absolutely appalling Internet service you
provide. I appreciate it is a third party provider, but it is rubbish,
slow and unreliable and reflects badly on your company. It is the reason
I downgraded your facilities to "good" rather than excellent.
If I'd been on business and dependant on your isp I would have
downgraded further to "poor".
