Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows.

Our visit to this beautiful village of Pitlochry was actually made better by Pedro(The owner of Atholl Villa). A very personalised service, 5star rooms, a huge bathroom( which is a rarity in Scotland otherwise) , delicious breakfast made our stay at this place a truly mesmerising experience.

It was all lovely! A very warm welcome from the owners who obviously take pride in their guest house and offer their guests everything needed. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, bright and airy, and everywhere was completely spotless. A guest lounge is available abc we were even offered tea and coffee at no charge one afternoon when we were sitting in there deciding where to go first in Pitlochry. Breakfast was lovely - nice selection of cereals, fruit, juice, toast, ham, cheese etc. a co.
The owners are a lovely, friendly couple and obviously know the business thoroughly well. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Being able to park easily and the free WiFi were a bonus.
Pitlochry is a great choice of destination with plenty to do and see for everyone and a good range of places to eat.
We would definitely stay again if in the area.

3.5 weeks in the uk. Location was great, breakfast was wonderful, and
I'm vegetarian so that's really important to me that I have
options for meals. The staff were wonderful and always helpful for

Best guest house we have been too,the owners were very friendly and welcoming.the breakfast was fab and the place was spotless clean.we had room 7 ,room with a stunning view of the high street and hills,also lovely bathroom with power shower.we had used all our coffee milk and sugar,I asked Pedro for more and nothing seemed a problem.
Everything. It is a sensational B&B and we have stayed in a few as we have been travelling for nearly 3 months. The staff are amazing professional and so friendly. In every area decor, garden, food and service there is a stamp of excellence cannot get any better then that. Beautiful and memorable experience. Highly recommended.
We have stayed at Atholl Villa several times now, breaking our journey on our annual trip to visit friends in Wester Ross. It's clean, comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and the parking is ample, especially as I tow a boat. The location could not be better and the staff are really friendly.
We received a warm welcome at Atholl Villa. The room was pleasant, light and airy and quiet. The bed was a little firm for our liking (but this is a personal thing). Parking was easy. The continental breakfast we chose was good.

The apartment was perfect for our family. We were able to sit in the living area when they went to bed and use the kitchen to save eating out all the time. Fantastic location. The family that run the guest house were so amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Right in the heart of Pitlochry this is an excellent guest house. Easy parking, spotlessly clean and a wonderful breakfast. Everyone at the guest house was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing really. We were expecting the nearby railway line to be a bit invasive but it didn't cause us any lack of sleep at all.
We were only there for 1 night and wished it was for longer.our room was old attic,so had layins I felt slightly closed in but wouldn't put me off returning.

Just two small suggestions.We prefer hot toast so would prefer it not to be brought to the table with the drinks.To be fair,I'm sure this would have happened if we had asked! A choice of pastries/croissants would be nice for those of us who don't eat a cooked breakfast.
