  We received a pleasant welcome.The staff were obviously a team and were fabulous....every single member of that team impressed us. We were allowed to take a dog and were not banished to a room akin to a kennel as has happened in other hotels! The bathroom was well equipped and water piping hot.Arrangements for towel washing were eco friendly. The breakfast - Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel! 2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again. Dog friendly hotel which is a big plus for us as our dog was with us again.

Overall a lovely house with excellent facilities and in the most wonderful, quiet location. Unusual to find there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or a TV but this did not detract f... what people say » rom our enjoyment of staying here, in fact it was far more 'homely' to be able make tea or watch TV in the ample reception rooms downstairs. - Beautiful setting and gorgeous old building, very friendly welcome and nice room. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda good hearty breakfast, I would recommend Bendarroch House to anyone 100%, very happy

  We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house and the owner was very helpful. It was immaculate and the food was very good. There was a lovely view from the front window.   We liked the fact that our room was like a little house because it was away from the main house and had its own front and back door, the back door led onto your own little veranda with table and chairs, also once outside into the garden/ woodland you only had to walk to the bottom of the garden and you had your own private part of the river to eit... what people say » her sit by or go for a swim. The village - We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window.   We had a great time, it was my mothers birthday and the staff were very accomodating, helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and the rooms very clean and comfortable. - The setting of the hotel was great,arrived too late to use the leisure facilities. Breakfast was first class. Will definitely use the hotel again.
