Cramped for room in bedroom. for £92 a night we had ground floor room with no veiw except a small piece of side garden very very disapointed. lack of a power shower. A little old fashioned with ensuite facilities. Our preference is for a shower. As wash basin was in bedroom, the tv was out of the way in front of the window so no room for table and chairs. No shower in room. Tinned asparagus and overdone lamb at dinner, although the soup was delicious and the desserts were superb..Carpets could do with a clean nd hairdryers need changing. The room notready for half an hour we had to wait outside the room. No outside telephone line available from bedrooms.Not all rooms had showers. The separation of bathroom and vanitry unit.the noise of squeaking floorboards just by people walking in there room from seven in the morning was enough to put off going back there again. We booked a room with twin beds but thera was only one bed.no shower.

Travelling information
From the South:
Leave the a9 at the main Pitlochry turn off and follow the road for about 1.5 miles. You will pass a garage on the left and then go under the railway bridge. The hotel is about 100 metres further on, on the right.
From the North:
Leave the a9 on the main Pitlochry turn off and follow the slip road to the t junction, turn left and follow the road that takes you through the centre of town. After the shops and the Tourist Information, look out for the Police Station, we are 100 yards further on, on the left.
