Stayed during snow disruption (w/e 6 Feb) Staff and Manager excelled in their care for all guests. Food was very good too, even though they hadnt had a delivery of fresh stock for days! Nothing was too much trouble and they kept all of us fully informed of current situation at the airport and with our flights. Very Well Done!. The hotel is really close to the airport and the service is excellent.location - five minutes to car rental and to the airport. food and service. every thing. I was rather disappointed in that.Yes, the shower was a bit slippery with the soap and water combination, maybe they should have some shower mats. the breakfast could be served a bit earlier especially that many guests were leaving at 5pm as ourselves .... it is not a typical hotel but an airport hotel so it could serve it e.g. from 5am ....There were no Courtesy buses running to and from the airport. The public bus system was very poor, they left me standing!. Not enough car parking- some of the planted areas should be converted into additional spaces. It would have been nice if they had a shuttle to the airport. The hotel is understaffed. The poor receptionist is also the bar tender and the table wiper. The breakfast is limited. The Saturday night menu is limited (or was this Saturday night. The waiter was rushed off his feet. More staff needed downstairs. I had booked a double room with a sofa but the room i recieved was a twin room with no sofa. Not what was offered. I suppose more helpful staff ... but pls refer to comment above. drink was a bit on the expensive side. I would expect that for £100 a night, a full english breakfast could be served. May be also a shuttle bus for the airport.WiFi expensive. Bit pricey. No shuttle bus direct from hotel door. Shuttle bus passes the back of the hotel but you have to go down steps with luggage. On my checkout it was raining very heavily and we got soaked. Heating was not very effective, so check in advance and, if necessary, have the room changed.The coffee was too strong and tea did not seem to be an option. No shuttle service. Even if we mailed the hotel, the room was not equipped for 3 people andwe have to change room. No restaurant for evening meals. the only complaint I will make is the poor choice of food for the breakfast. I had to catch my plane at 7h10 so I had to wake up very early and was quite disappointed by the breakfast quality and choice. apart from the fact that the coffee machine wasn't working. No Shuttle for Airport Departure/Arrival.
