staff and cleanliness. too hot. I booked three rooms for myself and three friends. The rooms werefreezing cold and despite numerous complaints, remained so till the lastfew hours when a new member of staff seemed to find her way round thetechnical aspect of the heating controls. One member of our partysuffers from ill health and was particularly affected. no communication from the staff. rooms were not clean. no fresh linen.
