The room was too hot and we couldnt work out how to turn it down.it was a bit basic for a hilton - I could feel the springs in the matras, there were old stains on the bedding and the bathroom door. There was no hairdryer. The cooling system was not clear to use and the room was very hot - opening the window was no solution as it was very noisy - not sure where noise came from. (on the tenth floor). Room was out dated, cold, noisy(you could hear the trains waiting at the station, the heating was really noisy, you had to wait in reception downstairs for a taxi, food was massivly over priced, tv was bad quality and no fridge in room.New flat screen TV's, but picture quality poor. The air conditioning did not work so the room was like a sauna all night! The prices in cafe/bar were very expensive.Very poor breakfast, like in two stars hotel. Staff more important to themselfs. the room was basic, not what what we expected for the price we had paid.For the price, extremely small rooms. Our room was very noisy and had nohot water, despite waiting some time for the flow. The hotel staffoffered no compensation or reason for this. Most unacceptable in aHilton! This is not a budget hotel. No heating in the room, was very cold through the night. not expected from this type of hotel, didnt offer to make any discount.Dirty room, poor service, poor access from streets, no hot water one night, poor service, too expensive and no value for money, no extras included in price, Small room,.
