It was modern and well Maintained and well equipped and extremely comfortable. They provided a welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and Jam along with a selection of tea bags,coffee and soft drinks. The Shower gel etc was replenished each day. I would highly recommend a stay here. Every xmas my friends and I have a few days away before xmas to do some retail therapy and a get together. !!! This year we were very happy with the accommodation and location of the apartments we booked online. We all agreed we would stay here again..
all reviews » It's location, professional and helpful staff, fixtures and fittings and the little things I.E. the little food stock in the fridge, looking after our luggage after checkout as we had a while before our train left. Maybe another seat. A few faulty things - heating in one room tv in bedroom. N/A. Delay in check in time - did sort this out with an upgade but a little inconvient at the time. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the boiler broke so were put in 2 1 beds room apartments. One of the beds was not comfortable Too many stairs.

At check-in, a credit card pre-authorisation or a cash deposit of GBP 150 for security is required. The property does not accept American Express for this pre-authorisation. Quebecs Luxury Apartments requires the card holder to present the same card at time of check-in which was used at the time of booking.
