    On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. Loved the curtains - gave a great deal - I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet.     A room in Imperial College London ! Excellent location , right next door to the Royal Albert Hall where I went for the Proms , small room overlooking main road with crispy white clean sheets , kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and a free bottle of water . It has a 24 hours re - Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

    The price includes breakfast, not many do in London. It was close to Finchly station (don't get off tube at Swiss Cottage as we did)! Clean and modern.     On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... what people say » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.     The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ausra on reception.. We have stayed in a lot of more expensive west - end hotels, and this hotel compares with them..     very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the cha... what people say » rge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex - Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

    Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep. On our return trip from Paris, we encountered some delay in getting our room and were surprisingly compensated with free breakfast :) On the whole it was a good experience for the family.
